Dear Curves Members and Friends,
February 24, 2006Hello! We would like to tell you about some of the latest happenings and upcoming events planned at Curves.
The 8th Annual Curves Food Drive will take place the entire month of March. We are collecting non-perishable food items for N.E.S.A.P. Please join us to help feed those in need in our community by bringing in a bag of groceries. You will also be entered into a drawing for a Curves Food Drive T-Shirt. Drawing will be done on April 3rd.
Tell your friends, former members, co-workers, etc.: We will waive the service fee for any new members who join Curves between February 27th through March 11th and donate a bag of non-perishable food items. You will get a Curves T-shirt when your friend joins Curves!
Advanced Workout: We now have a new program for members who want to get maximum results from their workout. We can help you pump up the intensity of your workout. Please see us to schedule your personalized advanced workout.
6 Week Challenge and weight loss program will begin on April 17th. If you are serious about losing weight and wish to get ready for Summer then consider enrolling in this program. The program includes: weekly support classes, member guide book, protein shake mix, multi-vitamins, gym bag and Curves T-Shirt. Cost is $69. Sign up at the Front Desk.
Re-measure: Want to earn an easy $100 Curves Cash? All you need to do is a re-measure. Why should you do it? The re-measure will provide data that will help you track your results and progress, reset your goals, provide positive reinforcement, support and allow us to discuss your concerns or questions. We suggest that you re-measure on a monthly basis. And don't forget that we will give you $100 Curves Cash!
How much do you value your health? Do you think your health is one of your top priorities? Is there anything more important than your health? What would your life be like if you were not healthy? Do you take your health for granted? Most of us do recognize the importance of getting sufficient exercise, proper nutrition, sleep, medical check-ups and management of stress. However, sometimes taking the time to do the things we need to do to maintain and improve our level of health gets lost among all of the other stuff that takes up our time: family, household tasks, job, friends, entertainment, etc. Obviously some of the other stuff is pretty important while some of the other stuff that takes up our time may not be quite so important as our health. Taking care of our health is a matter of choice and prioritization. If we fail to take care of ourselves then eventually our health will begin to cause some problems that may prevent us from doing the things that we want to do with our family, at work, with friends, etc. Therefore, it really makes a lot of sense to make time for exercise, eating sensibly and doing the things that eliminate the risk of illness. Take advantage of the 30 minute total workout available at Curves just three times per week. And enjoy the benefits of good health!
Book, Movie & Music Exchange Club at Curves: Bring in your old books, cd's, dvd's and videos to add to the club collection. Borrow what you want. When finished return the item and select another. For more information please see us.
Who's Who at Curves? Bring in your photograph and post it on our wall of Who's Who at Curves. You are a member of the Curves Community and you deserve to proudly show your camaraderie and spirit. And, you will receive $10 Curves Cash.
Curves Manchester will celebrate its 2nd year anniversary on March 15!
Curvaceous products and Curves supplements: Some of the items have been marked on sale. Prices reduced for a limited time.
