WEIGHT LOSS CLASS begins Monday, January 29th. The best way to lose weight is with your friends. Join this class and discover that you can lose weight and you can keep it off. Please see us if you want more information or wish to enroll in this class.

ADVANCED WORKOUT GROUP CLASS will be offered on Wednesday, January 24th, from 7 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Simply show up and experience a workout that will require much more effort and will give you a lot more challenge!

MONEY MONEY MONDAY is an opportunity for you to get $10 CURVES CASH for each repetition that you do on the exercise equipment. We already have had several members win over $200 today! Be sure to workout on Money Money Monday.
