To Be or Not to Be Healthy? - Did you know that you can greatly impact how you feel and how long you will live by the decisions you make concerning exercise and diet. Do you want to increase the likelihood of living a long and productive life? If so then you need to invest time and energy into properly maintaining your body. Make an investment in yourself! Regular exercise and a sensible diet will give you a greater chance to prolong life, feel better and happier. Let’s look at some of the most common reasons used not to exercise or eat properly.

No Time - Solution is find the time because your health is too important. You only need 30 minutes for the workout. There probably are a number of other things that you do that aren’t nearly as important. Make exercise and eating right your # 1 priority and part of your schedule. If you don’t then there is a greater chance that you might have less time in the end.

It’s too hard and it doesn’t work - Solution is hard work over a consistent basis will yield good results. Nothing worthwhile comes easy nor quickly. Maintaining your health is very worthwhile so there must be sufficient effort exerted on a regular basis throughout your life. Exercise works! Just think what happens when you stop exercising or eating sensibly for a few months or perhaps longer… how do you feel? Many of us have experienced that feeling at some time and it’s not so great. That clearly tells us that getting regular exercise and a good balanced diet will provide many healthy benefits.

Is there anything more important than your own health???? It would be sad to look back and regret not taking the time and effort to maintain your health with exercise and diet.
